Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your LAY BERO gear. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene reasons, briefs that have been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at laybero28@gmail.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and the size you need). We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Free U.S. returns

Returns and exchanges are free on all U.S. orders.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size you need is to start an exchange — we'll ship your new size as soon as your original is on its way back to us.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right — we replace lost packages at no charge, no proof required.
