What you're getting.

Women-specific protective brief with an impact pad over the hips. Brief-style coverage, low-profile pad, and a 100% organic cotton liner. Thong-back design for comfort up front while reducing visible panty lines in back. One brief per package.

Choose your pad thickness at checkout. The 4mm pad is our most recommended — slim and discreet for a sleek look under leggings or shorts. The 6mm pad is thicker for greater impact protection, ideal for higher-contact play. Same brief, same fit — just pick the level of coverage that suits you.

Outer — 83% polyester / 17% spandex, 185 GSM interlock weft knit. Padding — impact layer. Inner — 100% organic cotton liner.

XS through 2XL, women-specific cut. Sizes correspond to standard U.S. underwear sizing. See Find My Size for hip + waist measurements.

Cold wash, gentle cycle. Hang dry — do not tumble dry. Do not iron the pad area. Properly cared for, the pad keeps its shape for the full season and beyond.

Cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry. Do not tumble dry — heat can shorten the life of the D30 layer. With proper care the pad keeps its shape for the full season and beyond.
